Valerian and the City of a Thousand Planets (2017)
Valerian and the City of a Thousand Planets (Valérian et la Cité des mille planètes in French) is an upcoming 2017 French science fiction action film produced, written and directed by Luc Besson. The film is based on the French science fiction comics series Valérian and Laureline, written by Pierre Christin and illustrated by Jean-Claude Mézières. It stars Dane DeHaan as Valérian and Cara Delevingne as Laureline. The film is scheduled for release on 21 July 2017 worldwide and on 26 July in France.

Rogue One: A Star Wars story (2016)
Star Wars: Rogue One will be the first Star Wars Anthology film, a standalone story set shortly before the events of the original Star Wars. Rogue One stars Felicity Jones, Diego Luna, Ben Mendelsohn, Donnie Yen, Mads Mikkelsen, Alan Tudyk, Jiang Wen and Forest Whitaker. It follows a group of Rebel spies on a mission to steal design schematics for the Galactic Empire’s new superweapon, the Death Star.

The spaceship Starship Avalon, on its 120-year voyage to a distant colony planet known as “Homestead II” and transporting 5,259 people, has a malfunction in two of its sleep chambers. As a result, two hibernation pods open prematurely and the two people that awake are stranded on the spaceship, still 90 years from their destination.
Independance day: Resurgence (2016)
Twenty years after a devastating alien invasion, the United Nations has set up the Earth Space Defense (ESD), a global defense and research program to reverse-engineer alien technology and serve as Earth’s early warning system against extraterrestrial threats. The main defense force utilizes equipment salvaged from the remains of the alien forces and operates military bases built on the Moon, Mars, and Rhea. The Area 51 base in Nevada has become the ESD Headquarters.

This Terminator has then trained her to face her destiny, which she adamantly tries to reject. Now, Kyle and Sarah have to escape the new T-800 and the T-1000 sent by Skynet to kill them, with the help of the old Terminator.

Predestination
Predestination is an Australian science fiction film which tells the story of the life of a time-traveling Temporal Agent, who on his final assignment, must pursue the one criminal that has eluded him throughout time. Directed and written by Michael and Peter Spierig, the film is based on the Robert A. Heinlein short story ‘All You Zombies’ and stars Ethan Hawke, Sarah Snook and Noah Taylor.
